Meet the founder
Rachel left a decade in corporate to follow the feelings.
After nearly ten years in corporate management, Rachel made the drastic change to leave and work in pet care — specifically at doggie daycares. Watching dozens of dogs every day, each with their own moods and quirks, is what led her to rethink how we care for pets everywhere.
That daycare floor taught her there’s no one-size-fits-all way to care for a dog — you have to read the animal in front of you. She calls it the “follow the feelings” approach, and it’s the philosophy she’s built the entire club around.
