Compensation

The more you put in, the more you make.

Commission-based, paid weekly. You earn on every service you take, as a 1099 contractor.
Your ceiling is yours to set. Take more visits, board more pets, grow your own clients — your earnings climb right alongside the work.
Pet-sitting rates scale with experience. The more you bring, the more each booking pays.

We take a 30% same-day booking fee — a bit more than the ~20% the big apps charge. The difference is what we put back in: insurance, marketing tools, a stocked Time To Pet account, a featured profile, and a Lead Buddy in your corner. You keep more of the relationship; we carry more of the work.
